Pretty Village house in a small street close to shops, bar/restaurant and local wine cave in the friendly picturesque village of Servies en Val. ‘Le Petit Bleu’ inspires peace and quietness.
On the ground floor there is a shower room with separate toilet, washing machine, and a place for bikes.
Also, a bistro table and chairs for sitting outside in the quaint village street enjoying alfresco dining and aperitifs in the sun or shade.
On the 1st floor the main room is open-plan, comprising of living room with sofa bed, TV (for DVDs only), books and games, plus a kitchen/dining area.
On the top floor, the bedroom has beds, which can be left as 2 singles or combined as a king size.
